Surrey and North East Hampshire and Farnham combine countryside, heritage and well-connected towns.

The Surrey Hills offer walking, cycling and woodland landscapes, while historic places such as Hampton Court Palace, Guildford and Farnham Castle provide cultural interest.

The region has market towns, independent shops, local food and an active arts scene. With access to green space and good connections to larger centres, it offers a balance of rural character, community life and career opportunities.
