Since 2016, HCRG Care Group has provided adult community services for people in Dartford, Gravesham, Swale and Swanley.
These services support people outside large hospitals and GP practices, helping them manage their health, avoid unnecessary A&E visits and remain as independent as possible. Investment in technology and the integration of teams from two providers have helped create a more streamlined service across the area.
North Kent offers coastal scenery, historic towns and easy access to London. Residents can explore beaches, seaside communities and coastal walking routes, as well as heritage attractions across Kent.
Rochester Castle, Canterbury and the wider county’s historic villages provide links to the area’s past. Markets, cultural events, restaurants and nearby city attractions create a varied social scene.
