Welcome to Lancashire Healthy Young People and Families Service

About Lancashire Healthy Young People and Families Service

Our first involvement in Lancashire begun by providing health visiting and school nursing and in 2019 we launched the Lancashire Healthy Young People and Families Service, in partnership with Lancashire County Council. This is where we provide a vast range of services to improve and maintain health and wellbeing outcomes. Prior to this, services were delivered by two different providers in the area and our job was to bring 500 colleagues together into a single service serving children, young people and their families across the county.

Services we offer:

  • Virtual Single Point of Access (SPA)
  • Mobile working facilities
  • Dedicated Looked After Children team
  • Virtual groups for parents and carers to access advice on a range of topics
