About Lancashire Healthy Young People and Families Service

Our first involvement in Lancashire begun by providing health visiting and school nursing and in 2019 we launched the Lancashire Healthy Young People and Families Service, in partnership with Lancashire County Council. This is where we provide a vast range of services to improve and maintain health and wellbeing outcomes. Prior to this, services were delivered by two different providers in the area and our job was to bring 500 colleagues together into a single service serving children, young people and their families across the county.

Health Visitors

We’re looking for new, fully qualified Health Visitors to join our amazing team in Lancashire, supporting families to improve life chances in a well-staffed, multi-disciplinary team focused on changing lives for the better.
