Register for your face to face Pathway: Connect & Collect Welcome Event

We’re delighted to be welcoming you to HCRG Care Group on 1 October and would like to invite you to attend one of our Medway ICRS Connect & Collect events on 17 September 2026. 

These sessions are designed to help you get everything you need ahead of joining us. As well as meeting your new colleagues and learning more about HCRG Care Group, you’ll be able to collect your IT equipment and essential resources, helping to ensure you’re ready from day one. 

To help accommodate colleagues’ availability, we’ve arranged two sessions, and ask that you book the session that works best for you: 

• Morning session: 10:15 to 13:15
• Afternoon session: 14:00 to 16:30

What is Connect & Collect?

This is an opportunity to meet members of the HCRG Care Group team, connect with colleagues, and learn more about the organisation as you prepare to join us. 

During the session, you’ll be able to: 

• Collect your iPad, mobile phone and other IT equipment (where applicable). 
• Get support from out IT team to get you set up ready for day one. 
• Learn more about HCRG Care Group and our values. 
• Meet members of the leadership team. 
• Find out what to expect during your first few weeks with us. 
• Ask any questions you may have about your transfer.

On Arrival 

HCRG Care Group colleagues will be available at the main reception to welcome you and direct you to the meeting room.

Payment can be made via the RingGo app. 

Travel and Expenses 

Mileage and parking expenses will be reimbursed and can be claimed once you have access to our expenses system after 1 October 2026. 

Please remember to: 

• Keep your parking receipts. 
• Claim mileage from your designated base location (MCH House). 
• Consider car sharing where possible if travelling with colleagues. 

If You Can’t Attend 

If you’re unable to attend on 17 September, please don’t worry. We’ll be arranging a follow-up session for colleagues who are unable to attend and will contact those colleagues directly with further information.
