Engagement Sessions

Each provider has arranged individual group consultation sessions, for colleagues transferring to each respective organisation.

You should have a MS Teams diary invite for one of the two sessions relevant to your role and transfer:

• Mersey Care – Wednesday 17 June, 11.00-12.00 
• Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals – Thursday 18 June, 13.00-14.00 

The purpose of this session is to provide you with a comprehensive update and recap on the transfer so far and what this means for you. During the meeting, they will cover:

• A recap of TUPE and what will happen as you transfer to your new provider
• Further detail on proposed measures
• Practical arrangements, including what your first week is expected to look like
• An opportunity to ask questions directly to representatives from your new provider

Please note: These sessions will be recorded for those who are unable to attend.

Following the meeting, your new provider will review and respond to any questions raised ahead of the transfer. This is an important opportunity for you to seek clarity and raise any queries or concerns regarding your transfer.

We encourage you to attend to ensure you are fully informed. If you are currently on maternity leave and wish to attend, you may do so using a Keeping in Touch (KIT) day.
