Returning to Practice
In partnership with Plymouth University, we have a special Return to Practice course which blends practical and virtual learning in order for you to re-gain the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification.
Upon completion of the course, you will be able to re-register with the Nurse and Midwifery Council (NMC) and become a full-time Health Visitor, moving into a Band 6 position! The course will consist of practical days, virtual study as well as self-directed study and 300 practice hours in the designated team you join.
You’ll have a close support network of colleagues, managers and a tutor from Plymouth University so you will have plenty of opinions and advice to lean on.
