Recruitment Open Days
We hold regular recruitment open days throughout our services across the country. If you want to find out more, then these events are the perfect opportunity to do so!
Open days with us are informal, friendly events that give you the chance to meet our team managers and delve into any questions you might have about working with us. They will be able to provide insight into what your role might look like day-to-day, where you will fit into our skilled and motivated teams and how you will be helping us change lives in your community.
Along with our managers, our friendly recruitment team will be on hand to help with your job application and documentation. They will have tips on preparing for your interview and can provide a transparent insight into what your recruitment and onboarding process will look like.
Our events will normally take place across an entire day, so there’s plenty of time to pop in on your lunch break, or when you have a spare 15 minutes free. Just bring yourself, your CV, and we will provide free tea and coffee!
