HCRG Pathway: Download your onboarding app now

We are excited to introduce HCRG Pathway, our onboarding app designed to support all colleagues joining HCRG Care Group on 1^st October. This app is an essential part of your onboarding journey, providing everything you need in one place – and it is available to download now for iPhone and Android from the App Store and Google Play Store.

With HCRG Pathway, you can:

• Share your details securely and start the onboarding process
• Let us know about any reasonable adjustments or flexible working arrangements you may have
• Learn about HCRG Care Group’s values, benefits, and ways of working
• Find useful tools and resources to support your transition
• Get checklists of key tasks to complete before your start date
• Book your welcome event and connect with our team
• Receive important updates and notifications

Getting started is easy

1. Download the app – Search for ‘HCRG Pathway’ in your app store.
2. Register – Click the ‘Tell us about you’ tile and enter your details. You will need the PIN: 2374 to access this.
3. Explore the app – Discover useful information about joining HCRG Care Group, including key resources to support your onboarding.

Right to Work check – Important next steps

Once you have registered on the app, this will trigger your Right to Work ID check, which is an essential step in your transition. This will follow in a few days’ time, so keep an eye on your emails, as you will receive instructions from TrustID on how to complete this process. This is free of charge. Please follow the instructions as soon as possible to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
